An early/mid 20th century 15ct gold opal and split pearl bar brooch, the central circular cabochon opal and split pearl cluster flanked by single split pearls in floral style settings. Length of brooch 3.8cms. Weight 2.88gms.

The brooch is in good overall condition with light scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The brooch is stamped 15ct. The opal has light surface scratches. The split seed pearls appear well matched with one possible replacement pearl and one split pearl with a significant section missing.
