Lot Description
Two pairs of Victorian earrings circa 1880, to include a pair of sphere design drop earrings with overlaid scroll design filigree detail and a pair of graduated sphere design drop earrings with overlaid circular detail. Total weight 7.28gms.. Earrings altered at a later date. AF.

Condition Report
Both pairs of earrings are in fair condition. There are dents to both pairs of earrings, the raised circular detail to the drop earrings is damaged in places and there has been some possible repair to the base of the final drops. The hook earring fittings are not original and have been added at a later date. The post fittings to the back of the other earrings have been added at a later date, there is visible lead solder, there are slight scratches and areas of discolouration to both earrings.
