The ring is in overall good condition. The sapphire is included. These can be seen with the unaided eye. Straight colour zoning is also visible. Both old cut diamonds are bright and lively. The settings will need attention, however all seem secure. Light scratches and scuffs can be seen, general wear. Ring size S.
