A blue boulder opal ring, the central oval blue boulder opal cabochon is in a claw setting. Length of opal 11.5mm, width 9mm. Weight 2.73gms.

Condition Report
The ring is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The opal is loose in the mount and may not be original to the ring. The opal has small surface scratches. There are patchy areas of the light matrix stone visible on the face-up surface of the opal. The play of colour is confined to the upper third of the opal with predominately blue and green play of colour with small flecks of red and purple and small dead areas of opal in the upper third. The band is unmarked with regard to metal quality. Ring size M 1/2.
