Lot Description
Two rings, to include a Victorian 15ct gold five stone diamond ring, (hallmarks for Chester 1885) and a Georgian foil backed pink gem and split pearl cluster ring. Personal engraving to reverse of head reads 'Peterson obt 27 Oct 1822 aet 61'.

Condition Report
Both rings are in overall good/fair condition. There are some imperfections to the inside main band of the diamond ring, two patches of uneven gold with discolouration, the back hallmatk is clear, the diamond points would benefit from a clean. Four of the split pearls to the other ring kave damage/wear to the nacre, there is some abrasion to the one side of the pink gem visible with magnification. There are scratches to the ring in keeping with the age of the piece, the inner personal engraving is clear. There is a possible solder join to the back which has not been completely filled.
