Lot Description

An early/mid 20th century 18ct gold and platinum mounted two stone diamond ring, the two old European cut diamonds are claw set and flanked by single cut diamond set split shoulders. Estimated total principal diamond weight 0.65cts, colour I-J, clarity SI1-2.

The ring is in overall good condition. There are slight scratches and areas of yellowing to the back of the ring shank. The diamonds are fairly nice and bright, one of the claws has broken off and would need attention. One of the diamonds has a black inclusion that is easily visible with magnification. The claws to the outer settings may need to be secure. Ring size J.
