A 1930's silver tea strainer, with foliate and scroll detail to the handle and resting on a banded tapering base.  Hallmarked William Suckling Ltd., Birmingham 1936 (base) and 1938 (strainer). Maximum length of strainer 5 1/2 inches (14cm), weight 3.35 ozt (104 grams).
