A modern silver christening mug of plain baluster form, with personal engraving to one side, 'C' scroll handle, gilded interior and footed base, in fitted case. Hallmarked W I Broadway & Co., Birmingham 1983. Height measures 3 1/4 inches (8cm), weight 1.8 ozt (57.4 grams).

Condition Report
The mug displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing. The interior has been gilded. The hallmarks are lightly rubbed, particularly the date letter, but still clearly legible. The engraving reads 'A.M.J. Gelardi Aug. 27. 1983'. The case is likely not to be original. The case is at fault with the hinges damaged.
