Lot Description

Edwardian silver ring stand, modelled as a trunk with four branches and raised above a circular dish decorated with embossed flowers and leaves to the centre.  Hallmarked Samuel M Levi, Birmingham 1904.  Diameter measures 8cm, weight 26.5 grams.

The ring stand displays general scratches, marks and tarnishing, numerous dints also visible. Holes have worn through to three of the terminals of the trunk with several smaller examples to the embossing on the base. The hallmarks are clear and legible, also marked with a registered number which is distorted.
