A cased Victorian silver christening bowl, missing spoon, with detail engraving and above a spread circular foot. Hallmarked John, Edward, Walter & John Barnard (Barnard & Sons Ltd) London 1873, also numbered 343. Weight 6.87 ozt (213 grams).

The bowl and case appear in good condition, they do display general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. No visible personal engraving. The hallmarks are clear and legible. As mentioned in the description, a space is visible for a spoon which is missing. The clasp to the box is not working.
