Victorian silver butter knife, with scrolling foliate decoration to the blade and handle, hallmarked Martin, Hall & Co., Sheffield 1862;  together with a Victorian ivory handled silver bladed knife, hallmarked Hawkesworth, Eyre & Co., Sheffield 1864, and a continental spoon with shell bowl and floral handle. (3).

The two knifes display general scratches, marks and tarnishing, the hallmarks clear and legible. The continental spoon displays heavier wear with some rubbing to the definition of the decoration.
