Lot Description

An early 20th century silver compact, of octagonal shape and with engine turned decoration to the lid and mirror to the interior.  Hallmarked Henry Perkins & Sons, London 1929. Diameter measures 5cm.

The compact displays general wear and surface marks and scratches, especially to the underside.  There is a small dint to the underside.  The engine turned decoration is generally okay although there is a very slight dint on one side.  The mirror to the interior displays some wear and surface marks.  There are also some rim nicks to the interior.  Hallmarks are clear and legible.  There is a metal inner for the powder.
