Lot Description
Edwardian silver vesta case of engraved curved rectangular form, hallmarked Jones & Crompton Birmingham 1905. Together with a further silver vesta case hallmarked Birmingham 1912 and a modern rectangular pill box, stamped 925, the lid with an enamelled image of a horse. Gross weight 2.2 ozt (68 grams). (3).

Condition Report
All three items display general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing. The vesta cases display some shallow dents. Both vesta cases have vacant cartouche and attached suspension loops. The hallmarks to the vesta cases are clear and legible, the makers mark a little distorted to one. The maker of the second example is Joseph Gloster Ltd. The pill box is only stamped 925.
