Edwardian silver vesta case of rectangular engraved form, hallmarked Birmingham1903, the maker probably Joseph Gloster, measuring 44 mm by 45 mm. Together with a late Victorian small engraved silver vesta case hallmarked John Rose Birmingham 1900, measuring 33 mm by 24 mm. (2).

Condition Report
The Edwardian silver vesta case is in good overall condition displaying light commensurate wear with scratches, marks, tarnishing and a few dints, the cartouche is currently vacant and the hallmarks clear and legible. The Victorian example displays obvious wear with scratches, marks and numerous dents, the hallmarks are clear and legible. Both vesta cases have attached suspension rings.
