A 20th century 9ct gold keyless wind open face pocket watch, the white enamel dial with black Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial to the six o'clock position, outer minute track, the plain case hallmarked Chester 1925, with makers mark S.M.CoLd, numbered 89734, presentation engraving to inner cover, fitted with a fifteen jewel three quarter plate movement with Swiss lever escapement. Case diameter 46mm. With presentation box. Total weight 78.5gms.

9ct gold open face pocket watch, the keyless manual winding movement is not currently functioning, although hand set and winding function operate, the keyless work will require attention, the dial is in good condition, the hour hand has snapped at the boss, the glass has some light marks and scratches, case has scratches and marks as a result of general use, inner back case has some noticeable scratches, inner cover presentation reads "Presented To Inspector J.Dishington From The Forth Bridge Employees On His Retirement After 36 Years Service From 4th Mar.1890 To 6th Feb 1926".
