An early 20th century 18ct gold bloodstone swivel fob, circa 1910. Designed as an oval-shape bloodstone to the twisted rope design grip. Hallmarks for Birmingham 1919. Length 3cms. Weight 10.2gms.

The swivel fob is in good condition. Light scratches and scuffs can be seen, general wear. A few minor nibbles can be seen to the bloodstone. The hallmark is clear.
