Lot Description
A Victorian silver key wind open face pocket watch, the white enamel dial having black Roman numeral hour markers and outer minute track, the case, hallmarked London 1847, with milled middle and engine turned design to rear, fitted with a gilt full plate fusee and chain movement with verge escapement, undersprung balance and diamond end stone. Case diameter 48mm. Watch is A/F, fusee chain is broken.

Silver open face pocket watch, the fusee movement is currently not functioning resulting in several faults, to name a few the balance spring is tangled and the fusee chain is broken, dial has some marks with a crack coming from the centre, hands have some slight marks with minor tarnish, glass shows tiny surface scratches, case is tarnished with light scratches and dents due to general wear, engine turned back shows rubbing at the edges.
