Lot Description
An 18k gold key wind open face fob watch, the gilt dial having black Roman numeral hour markers surrounded by a minute track, foliate engraving to centre, the highly decorated case having floral and foliate design to rear with vacant cartouche, fitted with an unsigned frosted gilt Swiss bar movement with cylinder escapement. Case diameter 35mm. Watch is A/F. Total weight 28.4gms.

Open faced pocket watch, key wind movement is not currently functioning, cylinder is missing a plug, movement is filthy and evidence of dried oil is apparent in the oil sinks, dial is severely worn and marked, all hands are present but are tarnished with heavy wear to the blued finish, glass is missing, case is rubbed with scratches, marks and tarnishing as a result of general wear, hinges appear free of excessive play, solder is very visible in the bezel, bow shows scratches but is tight. Pendant button is functional.
