Lot Description
A Victorian silver key wind open face pocket watch, the white dial with black Roman numerals, bordered by a minute track, subsidiary seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, case with milled band and vacant cartouche to rear, hallmarked Chester 1892, a signed full plate fusee chain movement with ratchet club escapement. Case diameter 58mm.

Open faced pocket watch, key wind manual movement is not currently functioning, dial shows a noticeable chip to the minute track by the 'III' numeral, dial also has a small crack running from the centre to the subsidiary dial, dial has some marks which are partially prominent to the subsidiary seconds dial, hour and minute hands appear to be differing colours, hands show marks, glass has some small chips to the edge on the left hand side, glass also shows some light scratches, case has scratches and marks as a result of general use, back of the case has a dint by the pendent, inner back cover has light but visible scratches, hinges have wear to the corners, bow has scratches.
