A sapphire and mother-of-pearl dress set and a pair of cufflinks. The cufflinks designed as two octagonal mother-of-pearl panels to the square-shape sapphire detail and connecting chain, with three matching buttons and one dress stud together with a pair of mother-of-pearl and paste cufflinks. The first stamped 9ct. The second signed Krementz. With associated case.
