An early 20th century garnet and split pearl pendant, circa 1920. Of foliate design, the circular-shape garnets to the openwork split pearl surmount suspended from a later belcher link chain, may be worn as a brooch. Pendant stamped 9ct. Chain stamped 375. Length of pendant 3.7cms. Weight 7.96gms.

Condition Report
Overall fairly good condition with light scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. Garnets are well matched, pinky, purple in colour, showing typical inclusions. The split seed pearls are well matched with one deficient, most with slight blemishes and nibbles to the surface. One link to chain shows marking 585.
