Lot Description
An early 20th century peridot and split pearl pendant, circa 1910. Of foliate design, the rectangular-shape peridot to the openwork split pearl surround suspended from a fine belcher-link chain, may be worn as a brooch. Pearls untested. Stamped 15ct. Length 4cms. Weight 9.4gms. With an associated box.

Condition Report
Overall good condition, there is abrasion to the peridot with nibbles to the whoe tabe facet and some to the crown facets and some minor abrasion to the table facet. The cut of the peridot is not symettrical and the table is off-centre. The split pearls are fairly well matched, they are in good condition even though most show some blisters or blemishes. Clasp is in working order, there is a safety chain attached. Length of chain 20cms. Pin stamped 9ct, possible replacement, only just reaches into clasp.
