Lot Description
A sapphire and diamond three-stone ring. The circular-shape sapphire flanked by circular-cut diamonds to the plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.96ct, H-J colour, SI1-2 clarity. Stamped platinum. Weight 4.08gms.

Condition Report
The ring is in overall good condition. There is some abrasion to the central sapphire to the facet edges, some of the small chips are quite deep. The sapphire appears quite translucent with white internal fractures easily visible with 10x magnification. The sapphire is a fairly dark blue with an even saturation of colour. The outer diamonds are lovely and bright, some of the claws appears to be a little worn and may need to be retipped. There is a solder join to the back of the ring and overall scratches to the piece. Ring size P1/2.
