A Georgian miniature portrait pendant, circa 1820. The painted portrait depicting a seated lady with a dog, to the split seed pearl surround suspended from a flat curb-link chain. Later adapted. Length 5.6cms. Weight 20.2gms. With case.

Condition Report
Overall condition good to fair, with minor scratches in keeping with general wear. Portrait pendant later adapted from a bracelet clasp. Some evidence of minor soft solder markings to lip and back. The seed pearls are well matched in colour and size. The portrait is clear with few minor scratches to crystal. No markings on pendant to indicate metal. Chain is a later addition with very few minor surface wear..Weight of chain 6.2grms. Length of chain 55cms.
