A 19th century mahogany cased wheel barometer. The broken swan neck pediment with central finial above a circular silvered dry/damp dial, an arched thermometer with alcohol scale and convex mirror, the 8" (20cm) dial with engraved black details, the base within set level marked 17 Leather Lane Holborn. 37.5" (95.25cm)

Scrolled pediment to top broken and repaired. Ivory roundels missing, crudely replaced with plastic buttons. Splits to veneer to front above dry, damp dial. button below thermometer missing. Veneer around level gauge badly split, badly filled and scratched. Back of case has some cracks in wood
