A Continental seed pearl pendant / brooch, circa 1920. Of oval outline, the tiered cluster of seed pearls within an engraved foliate surround. Unhallmarked. Length 4.6cms. Weight 14.9gms.

Condition Report
The brooch is in overall good condition. Mount lines can be seen to the reverse. The piece may have been adapted. The seed pearls have a grey to cream body colour with little luster. Cracks and wear can be seen to the nacre, particularly to the large central seed pearl. There is a small hole to the foliate surmount. Bruising and dents can be seen. Light scratches and scuffs are present, in keeping with age.
