Lot Description
A citrine and split pearl pendant. The pear-shape citrine within a fancy rope-work surround suspended from a foliate surmount with split pearl detail. Pearl untested. Unhallmarked. Length 4.8cms. Weight 5.8gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Minor scratches and dents in keeping with general wear. There is discolouration to the metal to both the back and front. Some of the bead detail to the front is showing signs of wear and there is one bead missing. The citrine is a medium yellow-orange colour with a small fracture towards the edge of the stone. The pearl has a good lustre and is a grey colour with rose and greenish overtones. There are some minor surface blemishes towards the edges of the pearl. The surmount has been added at a later date.
