An 18ct gold diamond single-stone ring. The old European-cut diamond within an eight-claw mount to the tapered band. Estimated diamond weight 1.47cts, K-L colour, P1-2 clarity. Hallmarks for Birmingham.

The ring is in overall good condition. There is an easily visible internal fracture to the diamond, when viewed with magnification, there are colours from thin film interference visible. The diamonds is obviously drawing colour. The claws are secure and there are slight scratches to the band. Ring size K.
