Lot Description

A late 19th century emerald and diamond cluster ring. The old-European cut diamond within oval-shape emerald surround to the openwork scrolling shoulders and engraved band. AF. Estimated total diamond weight 0.28ct.

The ring is in fair/poor condition. Three of the emeralds are chipped, one seriously chipped and would need to be replaced. All of the claws are secure, the outer diamonds are coming out of the setting and would need to be secured. The engraving to the band is worn to the back. There is an areas of abrasion to the central diamond. Ring size Q.
