A 9ct gold shell cameo brooch. Of oval outline, carved to depict two classical female figures before a plinth with a basket of fruit, within a plain surround with scroll detail. AF. Unhallmarked, tests as 9ct gold. Length 5.7cms.

Condition Report
The brooch is in overall fair/poor condition. There is a hairline fracture to the cameo, the detail to the figures is quite worn. and there are fractures visible to the outer surround of the shell.. The surround is in poor condition, with scratches, areas of discolouration and damage, the detail is off symetrical and the back pin is metal.
