Lot Description

Early 20th century silver pedestal dish with single handle to one side, the whole with decorative pierced gallery sides, applied shaped rim and frosted glass liner, with conforming rim to the circular foot.  Hallmarked G Bryan & Co., Birmingham 1913 or 1938.  Height including handle measures 3 1/4 inches (8.5cm), weight 5.28 ozt (164.3 grams).

The dish displays general light wear, surface marks and scratches and a little tarnishing.  There are also some minor nicks.  The glass dish has some minor rim chips.  Hallmarks are clear and legible, maker's marks slightly rubbed but still legible.
