Lot Description

A pair of 1940's large silver vases, each of octagonal sided flared form with everted rim and with applied banded detail to the main body, standing on a spreading octagonal sided foot.  Hallmarked F.G.W Birmingham 1944.  Height measures 10 inches (25.5cm), combined weight 28.4 ozt (883.4 grams).

Both vases appear to be in fairly good condition with light wear and surface marks and scratches and a little tarnishing.  There are some minor nicks in places.  Hallmarks are very clear.
