A Victorian shallow silver dish of circular segmented and embossed form, pierced diaper panels and raised on three ball feet. Hallmarked S Blanckensee & Sons Ltd Birmingham 1898. Diameter measuring 6 1/4 inches (16 cm), weight 4.2 ozt (132 grams).

The dish displays displays general scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Remnants of old polish visible to the recesses of the embossing. The hallmarks are legible, the standard mark almost completely rubbed.
