Lot Description

A pair of white metal Chinese vases of classic form with embossed stylised peonies and swallow. TS 85 stamped to the underside along with Chinese character marks. Height measuring 6 1/2 inches (16.5 cm), gross combined weight 11.4 ozt (355 grams).

The vases display general scratches, marks and wear, heavy tarnishing also visible. There are dents to the rims of one vases, causing a slight wobbles, along with smaller minor dints to the bodies of both vases. To the base of each there is a hole with previous screw fixtures present. Marks to the underside are clear and legible.
