All pieces in the lot display light wear and surface marks and scratches, otherwise the overall condition appears good.  There are some more noticeable marks and scratches to both sides of the tray.  The hinged lid on the ewer is in working order, although the lid does not close tightly, leaving a small gap when it is closed.   The ewer is stamped 'starling silver' to the foot rim and the tray is stamped 'silver' below another mark.  Each goblet is stamped 'U.S.A' to the underside of the foot and 'sterling silver' around the foot rim.
