Modern silver King's pattern part canteen for eight place settings, comprising table knives and forks, dessert spoons, knives and forks, soup spoons and fish knives and forks, also four serving spoons, two soup ladles, three butter knives, a single teaspoon and a three piece silver handled carving set, all hallmarked MDQ Sheffield 1966, also an associated pair of King's pattern silver fish servers, hallmarked Garrard & Co Ltd., London 1966 and an early Victorian Kings pattern stilton scoop, hallmarked Samuel Hayne & Dudley Cater London 1847.  Together with a large silver plated King's pattern ladle, a lobster pick and two salt spoons.  Gross weighable silver excluding knives and carving set 130.2 ozt (4050 grams).
