Lot Description
George III silver sugar nips with bright cut engraving, hallmarked George Smith (II) & Thomas Hayter London 1801. Together with a similar pair of George III silver sugar nips, a pair of 1940's silver wishbone sugar nips, a George IV silver teaspoon made by William Bateman I, Victorian four prong silver pickle fork and a Victorian engraved silver butter knife. Gross combined weight 4 ozt (126 grams).

Condition Report
All items displays general scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The bowl to the teaspoon is in poor condition and displays obvious damage. The second pair of sugar nips only stamped with standard mark and the makers mark of George Smith (III). The whishbone sugar nips are hallmarked J. Sherwood & Sons Birmingham 1945. The teaspoon is hallmarked London 1822. The pickle fork is hallmarked A. J. Bailey Birmingham 1894. The butter knife is hallmarked Atkin Brothers Sheffield 1890. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
