Lot Description

A Victorian silver bonbon dish of circular sectioned and embossed form and raised above three ball feet, hallmarked Walker & Hall Birmingham 1898, diameter measuring 4 1/2 inches (11.5 cm). Together with a pair of small modern bud vases of plain tapered form and raised above circular weighted bases, hallmarked Birmingham 1963, height measuring 4 1/8 inches (10.5 cm). (2).

The bonbon dish and bud vases display general scratches, marks wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The bon bon dish displays some dints to the central vacant cartouche and a tears to the rim. The hallmarks to the bon bon dish are clear and legible, the hallmarks to the pair of bud vases are rubbed but legible, the makers marks indistinct.
