Condition Report
The silver case displays general wear, light surface marks and scratches and some tarnishing. There is some wear to the embossed decoration, especially on the edges and corners. Also some dints in the metal, especially to the underside. Some contact marks and some wear to the gilding to the interior. Hallmarks to the underside are slightly rubbed but still legible, also part hallmarks to the swing top handle. The hinged door to the reverse opens to reveal the movement. The movement does work when wound. However it may not be original to the case. The dial does not sit flush against the silver mount, which is possible to see from the front as there is a gap between the silver mount and the dial.
