Scottish Victorian silver oval dish, the raised edge eclectically embossed with a variety of male and female masks, hallmarked J Hall & Co Glasgow 1898, measuring 9 3/4 inches (25 cm) by 7 inches (17.5 cm). Together with a pair of late Victorian silver bonbon dishes of pierced oval form, hallmarked Sheffield 1900, measuring 4 3/4 inches (12 cm) by 3 1/4 inches (8 cm). Gross combined weight 11.7 ozt (364 grams).
