Lot Description
Edwardian silver trinket box, the compressed rectangular form with protruding curved corners, the domed cover with gadrooning to rim and engraved monogram to the centre. Hallmarked Birmingham 1904, maker probably H.Bros. Maximum length measures 11cm by maximum width 5.5cm, weight 84 grams.

Condition Report
Box displays general wear, tarnishing and general surface marks and scratches. Some loss of detail to the gadrooned rim and also to the engraved monogram. A few minor nicks and dints, especially to the protruding corners. Hinged cover in good working order. Full hallmarks to interior base and part hallmarks to flange on lid, slightly rubbed but all still legible. Maker's mark a little distorted.
