A George III small silver mug, the tapering straight sided form with reeded banded decoration to the top, middle and base, hallmarked London (other marks illegible).  Height measures 3 1/4 inches (8 cm), weight 4.33 ozt (134.6 grams).

The mug displays general scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Heavier wear visible through rubbing of definition,a tear to the silver on the top rim and solder around the joins of the handle to the body. No visible personal engraving. As mentioned in the description, the hallmarks are heavily rubbed.
