Lot Description
A late Victorian silver vesta case with foliate decoration and name engraved scroll cartouche. Together with a Victorian silver sovereign case, hallmarked Birmingham 1897, and an Edwardian silver circular trinket box with figurative embossed lid, hallmarked Chester 1904. Gross combined weight 1.8 ozt (58 grams). (3).

Condition Report
The vesta case, sovereign case and trinket box display general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. A number of dents visible to each of the pieces. The hinge to the vesta case is loose, also a small chip is visible to the rim of the lid. The sovereign case also has a personal engraving. The hallmarks are rubbed to the sovereign case and trinket box, but just about legible.
