Lot Description
Early 20th century pair of silver Judaica Sabbath candlesticks, each with scrolling foliate decoration to the multi knopped column and raised above a shaped square base, the detachable nozzle with lobed border. Hallmarked Sigmund Zyto London 1922. Height including nozzle measures 10 3/4 inches (27.5cm), gross combined weight 10.2 ozt (320 grams).

Condition Report
Each candlestick displays general wear and surface marks and scratches commensurate with the age and use. There are also some minor nicks and dints and some wear to the decoration in places. One of the sticks wobbles slightly when standing. Both detachable nozzles are slightly misshapen, one more than the other. The hallmarks to the base of each stick are quite rubbed and the maker's marks are illegible. However the part hallmarks and maker's marks to the nozzles are very clear.
