Lot Description
A silver key wind open face pocket watch by J G Graves, the white dial with hourly applied black Roman numerals, surrounded by a minute track, subsidiary seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, the round case with milled band and vacant cartouche to rear, hallmarked Chester 1901, fitted with a gilt full plate movement with club tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 52mm. Together with similar example.

Two silver pocket watches by J. G. Graves, dial shows signs of wear with light scratches and many dark specks to it, there are sections of discolouration, hands are discoloured and have light scratches and marks, glass is lightly scratched and scuffed from use, case is scratched and decorative design shows signs of rubbing, hallmark to bow and pendant is rubbed. Second pocket watch is in similar condition, both watches would benefit from a clean as metal to both is tarnished.
