Lot Description

A 9ct gold keyless wind half hunter pocket watch by Thomas Russell & Son, the white dial with hourly applied black Roman numerals, bordered by a minute track, subsidiary seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, the plain case with blue Roman numeral chapter ring to front, hallmarked Birmingham 1942, fitted with signed seven jewel movement with club tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 50mm. Total weight 89gms. Watch is missing its glass.

A keyless wind pocket watch, movement is currently not functioning, dial has large noticeable cracks , dial also has marks and scratches, the subsidiary dial is missing the second hand, the hour and minute hands have scratches and discolouration, glass is missing, case has scratches due to use, back of the case has several dints, the watch is stamped 375.
