Lot Description
A 20th century silver manual wind travel clock by Edward & Sons, the round white dial with Arabic numerals, bordered by a minute track, engine turned case with raised foliate and scroll edge, hallmarked Birmingham 1937, fitted with an unsigned movement. Case width 46mm.

Manual wind travel clock by Edward & Sons, dial appears to have light marks and specks as a result of wear Arabic numerals have uneven colour throughout, hands are uneven in colour and some paint work is missing to the hands, glass has some light surface scratches and scuffs from use, crown appears to be in good condition, clock case back has light surface scratches and tarnishing, hallmarks are generally clear and not rubbed, outer case has light surface scratches and marks and design is slightly rubbed, inside of case has personal engraving which reads 'Tony, Aug 4th 1938' clock would benefit from a clean as silver appears tarnished and discoloured.
