A turn of the century gilt metal cased pocket barometer signed J Place, the silver dial having black Arabic numerals and divisions. Case diameter 48mm. With travel case.

Gilt metal pocket barometer, tiny marks and discolouration to the dial, hand appears to be in good condition, deep cracks to the bottom of the glass with some further scratching from general use, scratching and light pitting to the case, heavy rubbing to the gold coloured bow from general use.
