Lot Description
A Victorian silver key wind open face pocket watch, the white enamel dial with bold black Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, bordered by a minute track, the round case hallmarked Chester 1888, milled band with engine turned decoration and vacant cartouche to the rear, fitted with a full plate fusee and chain movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 54mm.

Key wind pocket watch, movment is currently not functioning, dial has many small marks and specks as a result of use, hands appear to be in fair condition with some light discolouration and some scratches and marks as a result of use, glass has many surface scratches and marks from use and there is a considerably large chip to the glass, case has many surface scratches and marks as a result of wear and metal is heavily tarnished, marks to bow and pendant are rubbed.
