Lot Description
Two late Victorian gem-set brooches, circa 1880. The first with an old European-cut diamond to the split seed pearl floral surmount the second designed as a raised seed pearl and turquoise cluster to the floral sides. Unhallmarked. Lengths 2.2 and 3.6cms. Weight 8.3gms. AF.

Condition Report
Both brooches are in fair condition. One split seed pearl is missing to the circular-shape brooch. The diamond is bright and lively. Most of the turquoise cabochons have been replaced. One split seed pearl is imitation. Tarnish, scratches and scuffs can be seen, in keeping with age.
All settings will need attention.
